I have just received a brand new HP Envy 4520 but am finding all print results to be off at an angle so that from the top of the page the right side is 2mm higher than the left.
I thought the paper might have been feed in at an angle and I have reviewed the paper in the tray and tried to ensure it is as straight as possible with the tray guides as close as I can get without impeding the paper but this has not helped.
Does anyone have any suggestions?
