HP Envy 4520 has a 16 page document that keep printing over and over. I can't clear this.

I have tried everything to clear a 16 page doc. so this will stop printing.  The HP Envy 4520 is set up to work via WIFI.  Everything indicates that all documents are cleared. How can I fix this problem  Thanks Donna846

Can you ensure that the "Keep printed documents" tab is unchecked?

Here's how to get to the tab:

1. Go to Control Panel

2. View Devices and printers

3. Right-click and go to "Printer properties"

4. Go to "Advanced" and ensure "Keep printed documents" is unchecked.
