I have unplugged the printer. I have deleted and added the printer. But still cannot print... message says it is busy printing, and under status it says "idle"

In short I can not print.

Are you able to copy from the Printer?

 

Ensure that the printer is up to date with its firmware and Mac is up to date with its software. If you are unsure you may use the links below to update the printer firmware and Mac software:
