Product: HP ENVY 4520 All-in-One Printer

I just set up my new printer (which had never been opened even though I've had it for several years). Everything seemed fine, and it printed the page to complete the cartridge alignment as well as the web access test results when I was trying to use wifi printing. However, when I try to print anything else, I keep getting a jam message. The paper loads fine and acts like it will print, but then it just stops and gives me the jam error message. When I cancel, the blank paper is released and comes out automatically.

 

After following multiple troubleshooting steps that seemed relevant, I was able to print one document. However, the problem continues and I don't know what else to try.
