HP Envy 4520 won’t print yellow

HP Recommended
HP Envy 4520 Printer
iOS

HP Envy 4520 printer won’t print yellow. Went through 5 rounds of 2-step cleaning. That process did appear to tighten up the cyan and magenta boxes/lines on the Print Quality Diagnostic page. However, on all cleaning passes, there is no trace of yellow. It’s not even faint. Then opened printer and carefully wiped around cartridge plate with distilled water and lint-free cloth. No change. This printer will not print color correctly from iOS (iPad and Mac) or Win10. Exact same print quality from both. It’s not a driver issue. The printer indicates it has the latest software updates. The black, cyan and magenta print fine. We only use HP cartridges. The printer indicates the color cartridge is 2/3 full. Please advise on how to replace color cartridge. Thanks.
