HP Envy 5020 Paper tray open message

HP Envy 5020 All in One Printer

Hello, my printer is showing "A paper tray is open" message when this isn't the case.  I have tried removing the tray and putting it back along with disconnecting the printer and restarting.  None of this has worked, can anybody offer any more ideas please. Thank you.

You might have a broken tab on a tray that interlocks the switch inside the printer that detects open/closed tray.

Can you remove your tray take a picture from above and post here?
