I have tried doing a hard-reset, updating drivers, cleaning the printer heads and nozzles but the printed page comes out streaky and no black ink at all. There is no error message that comes up and it is connected to the wi-fi with a reasonable amount of ink.
When I print out the Quality Diagnostic Report there is nothing on the page except blue, pink and yellow boxes and lines. Is the cause of not printing black because it is installed with a 304XL cartridge?
