I've tried unplugging it + restarting it, but every time I try to turn my printer on it either loads half way and stop or shows me this error code and I don't know what to do. I've had it since Dec 2019 and have only been able to print a few pages because of this.

Hello,

Please try the below steps..

  1. While the printer is ON, unplug the power cord from back of the printer and then Computer.
  2. Power off the Wireless Router. Wait for 60 seconds.
  3. Now plug in the power cord to printer only.
  4. Check for the error.
  5. if error shows up go to Step# 8
  6. Now Power on the Wireless router. Check for the error.
  7. If error shows up, then contact your ISP and check for firmware update, set the channel to 11.
  8. If issue still shows up, then contact HP for further Assistance ( it could be a printer hardware issue ). https://support.hp.com/us-en
