Mac OS X 10.10 Yosemite

Hello,

Any idea how to fix this? When I print using my Envy 5530 from my Mac, the top and bottom margins are always cut off with a white border, cutting off what is supposed to be printed. This happens with all program I use: Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Safari, Chrome, etc. Any solutions on how to fix this? I've owned the printer for years and I'm just now trying to see if there's a fix. Thanks.

@oilersfan95, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Have you tried making a standalone copy and check if the issue persists?

Are you using  US letter-size sheet to print?

Let us try these steps to resolve the issue:

Update the printer firmware

Click here to download and install the latest firmware from your MAC.

Click here to know different methods of updating printer firmware.

Also, check for any software updates on MAC

You may also refer to Print Settings Guide (MAC)

Let me know how this goes.
