To whom it may concern;

Yesterday (February 22nd) we entered a new credit card to our HP+ account. This process involved you disabling the wifi on the printer. Since then, we haven't been able to re-connect the printer to the internet. Apparently, it will not print documents besides diagnostic reports unless it's connected to the wifi. We've already tried all the troubleshooting options. 

 

Are you able to solve this issue remotely? We are currently paying for a service we do not have access to. 

 

We'd appreciate a phone number or point of contact to help us solve this issue immediately.
