All printing from all sources works fine. But when I print a Word document with lots of clip art and drawings, the printer stops half-way through the page.

Here’s what I have tried so far, to no avail:

  1. Exporting to PDF - it prints out but it is badly distorted.
  2. Taking a photo of complex pictures and replacing the picture with the photo.
  3. Printing the document from my iPad instead of from Cloud storage. No difference.
  4. Printing one page at a time
  5. Turning the printer off and on
  6. Restarting the iPad

Again, everything else works fine. It’s only these graphic-intensive Word files that won’t finish printing.

All suggestions are welcome.

Thank you!
