HP ENVY 6055e All-in-One Printer

Just replaced the cartridges and the black ink cart is causing an E0 error and I cannot print. Replacing the old empty black ink cart results in normal operation (minus any black ink because it's empty), so the new cartridge is definitely defective. I tried all the steps – re-inserting, cleaning the contacts, hard resetting the printer, all to no avail. So annoying. How do I get this defective cartridge replaced? Thanks.

PS – They are HP cartridges (#67), not 3rd party or refills or any of that nonsense.
