HP Recommended

Had the orange light blinking. Changed for brand new original cartridges. Printer won't start working. Light keeps blinking and I see an "E 0" also blinking on the light menu!!! Tried unplugging from the power and other online recommendations, but no luck!! I would appreciate some help and advice! Thanks

E0 is just a general print error.
