Product: HP Envy 6230
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi there

I'm using a HP Envy 6230 and when using the borderless setting, it leaves a blank edge along the bottom of the print, but each other side of the print goes full bleed like expected.

The settings are set to borderless, I've tried from both Photoshop and Acrobat. It's meant to be on A4, the paper is A4. Not sure what's going wrong.

Any help would be appreciated, thanks!
