Hi Guys, I have a HP Envy Photo 6230 Printer that, during the firt installation,  is asking me setup cartridges. I don’t have any set up cartridges, but, as i read,  I think there is a bypass procedure. I have put in genuine HP 303 cartridges but it doesn't work. Can anyone help me please? I understand you do not have the setup ink cartridges. We will have to perform an OOB reset on the printer to resolve this issue.

  • The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may corrupt the device.
  • I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
