HP Envy 6234 delay between print jobs

HP Recommended
HP Envy 6234
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello community. I have a HP Envy 6234 printer. It is about 2 years old and has been working fine untill a few months ago. When I print more than 1 print job, there is a delay of about 5 minutes between the prints. I am having to merge the documents into 1 pdf to print in one go as if I have more than 3 documents to print it can take forever by the time i have waited 5 minutes between every doucment.

I have update the drivers and ran the diagnostic tool but neither has worked. Has anybody come across this before and managed to fix it?

My operating system is Windows 10.

Thanks

Welcome to HP Community

I have gone through your Post and would like to help

Please uninstall the printer driver from root level and download the full feature software

1.) In Windows, search for and open Programs and features
2.) Select your HP Printer
3.) Select Uninstall
4.) In Windows, search for and open Devices and printers
5.) In the Devices and Printers windows look for your HP printer. If you see it listed right-click on it and choose ‘Delete’ or ‘Remove Device’
6.) Open up the run command with the “Windows key + R” key combo.
7.) Type printui.exe /s and click Ok. (Note: there is a space in between “printui.exe” and “/s”)
8.) Click on the “Drivers” tab
9.) Look for HP Printer driver. If you see it Click on it and click Remove at the bottom
10.) Select Ok
11.) Select Apply and Ok on the Print Server Properties windows
12.) Close Devices and Printers
13.) Restart the computer and download the full feature software Link: https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software13/printers/EN6200/EN6200_Full_WebPack_44.4.2678.exe and follow the onscreen instructions
