Hi All,
Since a few days ago, my Envy 6255 shows the following error. After a successful restart (power cycle), the printer comes up fine and I am able to print. However, after 10 minutes or so, an error shows up the printer screen: Error Code 0xB3C6C950. At the same time, the three icons on the left of the screen also brink continuously. If I go to HP Smart on my Windows laptop, it complains the printer status is unknown.
Any idea what this indicates? I search around but in vain.
Thanks

Hi @swaggyt,
Welcome to the HP Support Community
I understand you are getting an error message 0xB3C6C950 on your HP Printer. Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.
We need to perform a Semi full reset to restore the printer back to its original settings.
The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.
I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
