HP ENVY Photo 7155 All-in-One Printer

Have not used my printer in a couple of months and started getting this error message - 6201922A.  It will print one or two pages and than quit.  The screen will turn blue and that error code will appear.

If your HP Envy 7155 printer is displaying a blue screen with the code "6201922A," it indicates that there is an error or issue with the printer. This error code is not a standard HP error code, so it might be specific to your printer model or a firmware/software issue.

 

To troubleshoot this issue, you can try the following steps.

 

  • Power cycle the printer: Turn off the printer, unplug it from the power source, wait for about 30 seconds, and then plug it back in and turn it on again. This simple step can often resolve minor glitches.
  • Update firmware and software: Visit the official HP website and check for any available firmware or software updates for your HP Envy 7155 printer. Download and install any updates to ensure that your printer has the latest features and bug fixes.
  • Check for paper jams: Open the printer's cover and check for any paper jams or obstructions inside the printer. If you find any, carefully remove the jammed paper or debris. Make sure that the paper path is clear and free from any obstructions.
