Like many others i can't get my printer to do anything -- all resets do not work.  can you provide me with assistance?  thanks,

That’s frustrating! If your HP Envy 7155 is stuck on the HP logo and won’t respond, here are some steps to try:

 

1. Perform a Hard Reset

  • Turn off the printer and disconnect the power cord.
  • Press and hold the power button for 30 seconds.
  • Wait 60 seconds, then reconnect the power cord and turn the printer back on.

 

2. Remove Ink Cartridges & Restart

  • Open the cartridge access door and carefully remove the ink cartridges.
  • Disconnect the power cord again and wait 60 seconds.
  • Reconnect the power, turn on the printer, and reinstall the cartridges.

 

3. Update Printer Firmware (If Accessible)

  • HP regularly releases new firmware versions for printer enhancements, app updates, or issue fixes. Update the firmware regularly to get the most out of your printer.
