HP Envy 7588 that won't print in color

I just purchased the HP Envy 7855 and it will not print in color, however it will copy in color.  There is no option to change my print to color. Only black and white.  I have a MacBook and have never had this issue with my other HP or Canon printers.I have tried everything.  Help!  Thank you.

I understand you are not able to print in color from your MAC. Let us try these steps:

• Which application are you trying to print from?
• Have you tried printing different types of documents like PDF, Word, or Webpages and check if the issue persists?

Update the printer firmware

Click here to download and install the latest printer firmware from your MAC.

Click here to know different methods of updating printer firmware.

Also, check for any software updates on MAC

Click the Apple icon > About This Mac > Software Update and install any available update.

Check the print settings on the MAC. Refer to - Print Settings Guide

Make sure the 'Black and white; box is not checked:
