Product: HP Envy 7830
Operating System: Mac OS X 10.11 El Capitan

HP Envy 7830 - My colour cartridge has an error and I have removed and installed it several times and don't the other trouble shooting I have found on this forum but nothing has helped. Can you suggest anything else?

What is the exact error?

Make sure you have tried the steps mentioned in this document - HP Printer Does not Print and Error Indicates Faulty Ink Cartridge

 

If the error persists, use an alternate color ink cartridge if available or please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service/replacement options.
