HP Recommended

I have HP Envy Inspire 7200e series printer. Now when starting the printer I constantly get an photo tray blocked error. In the initial setting phase Printer is sliding photo tray back and forth and something goes wrong and the tray does not come back to its original position. "blocked".. 

I have tried everything, really everything. Restart, Reset, cleaning different rolling parts inside Printer, setting input/output trays to an optimal position, etc etc.. As a last try before buying a new simple non-HP printer with 50€, without such extra moving part, I would like to know how to REMOVE the photo tray totally? I'll guess I need to find the way to get whole paper tray out first.. 

Any ideas?

HP videos and guidelines does not.
