HP Envy Photo 7136
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

We moved house a while ago and since then my My Envy Photo7136 will not print from my desktop. It does print without problem from my iPad.

This has gone through various stages depending on steps I have taken to try to solve it. At first it was listed as offline; then the computer could not find it. It now (in Word) seems to be fine but no printing occurs and there are now 3 or 4 backed up print jobs

I bought a rescue disc but this did not work. I ran Easy Start and this did not do it. It is getting totally baffling. I did have problem a while ago saving Word files and it appeared to be solved by temporarily turning off my firewall which was unsatisfactory. That cured itself. I am wondering if that might have any relevance. Going quietly crazy here and would appreciate any help to get it printing again.

@Woodfields, Welcome to HP Support Community!

To reconfigure the printer, follow the steps from the document HP Printers - No Connection after Router or Wi-Fi Settings Change.

Additionally, refer to the document Connect to a Wireless HP Printer for help.

If you still have issues, use the guided troubleshooter Troubleshooting | Wireless Printing Center for instruction to isolate and resolve the issue.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
