Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Error: "Remove and reinstall the indicated cartridge, (black) making sure it is correctly installed."  I did this numerous times; unplugged and plugged in the printer; went to Office Max/Office Depot and got a new cartridge, all to no avail.  Also cleaned the printer contacts and the contacts on both the old and new cartridges.  No change.

This printer is just out of warranty and hasn't even been used all that much.  I subscribe to the Instant Ink.
