Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Tried to print an envelope; printer said it was out of paper.  Restarted the printer.  Envelope printed but blue screen error message appeared and printer stopped working.  Removed power cords, etc. , waited, plugged in again and printer starts to boot but does not finish booting.  The "solid line" under the hp logo boots to the end, but the 7 circles below stay empty and printer will not do anything else.  Tried all the automatic fixes and chats

It is an HP ENVY Photo 7855.  It is working again now but I  am having to reboot it about 20 times per week.   Also getting error message that I have no photo paper and I have never printed a photo since I owned it.  I think it needs a reboot or something.  The software is up to date.
