I pulled my printer out of the box and as soon as I plugged it in the error code C4EB8024 was shown on the screen along with a multitude of flashing lights. Since it threw the error code so quickly, I did not have a chance to connect the printer to the internet or even run a test print. I downloaded the doctor program provided by HP which did not work because it could not detect the printer due to the fact that it has to be on the same network. I then connected it to the internet using an ethernet cable and connected to my laptop using a USB. Yeah... still isn't working... even after I have been fighting with it for well over 3 hours lol. Oh yeah I also cannot get ahold of HP because the site is down. Anyways I was wondering if anyone else has had the same issue and knows how to fix it or different things that I could try. I would simply return the product but it was purchased by someone else after I lost my printer in a house fire.

Hi @malmal1,
I'd like to help!
I understand you are receiving a "C4EB8024" error on the printer screen.
We can perform a factory defaults on the printer to resolve the issue
- The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may corrupt the device.
- I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
- In order to access your private messages, click the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Support Community profile, next to your profile Name or simply click on this link: https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/notes/privatenotespage
