HP Ink Cartridge problem error message:

Continually Can't Print due to the following error message:

The indicated cartridges are not communicating correctly with the printer.  If this problem persists, replace the cartridges.

 

I have troubleshot using the online automated chat system but this problem continually occurs so that I can't print.  HP customer care seems to be unreachable to retrieve a new ink cartridge with my online subscription to INSTANT INK.  Need help to finally print again.
