Product: HP ENVY Pro 6455 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Can HP ENVY Pro 6455 operate on a dual 2.4G/5G wifi network? AT&T promises me that it should be able to, and the HP Smart app is connected and it shows the printer as Ready, but it will not print. Documents get stuck in the print queue with no error on HP Smart.

 

AT&T offered to split my wifi into two networks, one dedicated 2.4G and one dedicated 5G, but warned that would destabilize the signal. Please help.
