HP Envy 7645 Printer
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

My printer won't print black ink.  It will print in single cartridge mode just fine with the colored cartridge, but it won't print with the black cartridge.  I've looked online for helpful tips, but nothing seems to work.  I've tried using the printer's cleaning capability multiple times, I've tried aligning, I've tried manually cleaning the cartridge by hand, and I've even tried resetting the printer to its default factory setting.  And I've tried with multiple black cartridges.  But nothing seems to work.  It's like there's some sort of disconnect between the printer and the black ink jet.  Is there any way to fix this?  Or is this printer beyond repair?

Hey Sandytechy20, thank you so much for getting back to me.  I clicked on the HP support link that you sent me, but I could not find a link for "Show Options" after I typed in my serial number.  My product's warranty is expired, but I was hoping I could still send it for some maintenance.  I'd be more than willing to pay for it to be serviced.  Will HP allow that?  Or will they not accept a printer that has expired its warranty date?
