Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi all, My printer won't print in colour on my desktop, but will if I use my phone or tablet.. I have gone into printing preferences and B+W and Colour does not show up. I have followed all the so called fixes for this in other threads but still won't work. I have uninstalled and re installed the printer drivers to no avail.  I have tried contacting HP support but all I get is ask the community, so can a member of HP support please help me with this please? T.I.A

Update the printer firmware

Click here to download and install the latest firmware from your computer.

Click here to know different methods of updating printer firmware.

 

If you have tried reinstalling the HP Full-featured driver and it did not help, try installing Windows built-in drivers.

Refer to this document to know how.

Try to print.

Hi Thank you for your reply, but I am in the UK so phoning the USA is not viable for me! Can UK support either contact me through a Live chat system I.E skype or by email?
