I make mistake, yes i agree. I am a happy customer of HP INSTANT INK. I work very hard to spread my referral link in internet. I manage to refferal aboyt 186 motnhs and few from promotion. All tohether i have 195 months FREE. Becouse of my hard work i also help HP COMPANY. Thanks to me lots of new customer join to HP INSTANT INK.

What happened.... i make a misteke..

I tried to pass my account to my daughter.. so i change all ma details in my account. After that i open NEW HP INSTANT account for ME and at this point i make a misteke. I enrol my existing printer (still connected to old accound with 195 free months) to my new account.

When i did that i DO NOT HAVE any WARRNING that i will CANCEL my old substripction and i will LOST all my free months.

Yes,... i lost everythink..by mistake.  Now i want to fix this so i already ask HP customer  OPS, MANAGERS to back my 195 free months and i waiting for decision.

We all together will see what they wil do. I will inform you all..

The will play fair and back my hard worked free months or they not. But this will be very rude if they not accept my ask.

Yes i accidently cancel my old account. But this was an accident. Any normal person will never cancel account wil 16 years free ink. This was just my small error.

If you delete something from your computer you can always back this from BIN.

If you buy something by mistake on ebay you can always return this.

So i just make small error and in one minut i lost all my free trial months.

Now waiting for respond from HP Company.. what they will do... play fair or not...

I will inform you all...

Sorry for my bad english guys..

Can I have any contact number, mail etc to any os, managers or even CEO. My case should be an example. If you make a small mistake then you are like garbage. But if you will own to HP even 1 pence probably they will do everything to take it from you.
