HP Smart Tank 675 All-in-One Printer (Product: 28C12A, Edited) and the unsatisfactory service provided over the past several months.

The printer has faced recurring paper feed issues, and despite multiple service interventions and the replacement of several parts, the problem persists. Over the past five months, I have had to deal with repeated visits from your service engineers, with a total of five different spare parts being replaced, yet the core issue remains unresolved.

On March 26, 2025, I followed up on my earlier request for a replacement due to these ongoing issues. Despite this, I was informed that my printer is out of the replacement time frame and that it will continue to be repaired. However, it has become clear that repairing the printer has not provided a lasting solution, and I have lost confidence in the product's reliability.

The inconvenience caused by this situation is significant. I have spent considerable time, including over 200 pages of test prints this month alone, to troubleshoot the paper feed issue. Moreover, the need to coordinate multiple service visits and repeat the same explanations to different representatives is not only frustrating but also inefficient.

In light of the repeated failures to resolve the issue, I kindly request that HP reconsider its position on the replacement of the printer. Given that the product has been problematic since its purchase in October 2024, I believe that a replacement unit would be the most reasonable solution at this point.

 

Still the printer is having same issue.

After multiple escalations the printer was serviced April 1st week of 2025.  After a month the same Paper Feed issue repeats.  This issue is there from 1st week of purchase.  HP is not ready to replace as even multiple services the issue is not resolved.
