Hello everyone. I have a problem with my printer. When I connect the power cord, four lights stay on, but nothing appears on the screen.
Does anyone know what might be happening?
Thanks!

Hi @asalazar95,
Welcome to the HP Support Community!
Thanks for reaching out!
We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.
I understand how frustrating it is when your HP Ink Tank Wireless 415 isn’t responding.
If four lights are staying on and the display is blank, it usually points to a firmware or hardware issue. Let’s try these steps:
Power Reset the Printer
Disconnect the printer’s power cord from the printer and the wall outlet.
Wait for 60 seconds.
Plug the power cord directly into a wall outlet (avoid using power strips or surge protectors).
Reconnect the power cord to the printer and turn it on.
Check for Stuck Buttons or Jammed Cartridges
Make sure none of the control panel buttons are stuck.
Open the access door and ensure the printhead and carriage can move freely.
Try a Different Power Outlet
A faulty outlet or surge protector can cause the printer to freeze.
I hope this helps.
