Just received the first shipment of instant ink directly from HP and putting the cartridge in it says the tricolor is incompatible. We just had another tricolor cartridge in there that came with the printer (looks exactly the same to me) that worked just fine. I'm beyond frustrated with this printer and am about ready to find a different company as it has been nothing but frustrating.

Why is the cartridge not being recognized as an HP cartridge even though we bought it from HP and why can't I just print with black ink even though the tricolor isn't working?
