HP Instant Ink problem after factory reset of Envy 5030

Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I've had problems with my Envy 5030 recently and decided to try to solve the problem by doing a factory reset. Unfortunately, the printer will now no longer print at all. Instead, it just shows the error "Cartridge cannot be used until printer is enrolled in HP Instant Ink". I have tried everything to get it working and have failed. Please can somebody help because I am out of ideas.

This problem was resolved by ringing customer support who "refreshed" their system.
