Hi, I haven't use the printer for some time the Costco-refilled tricolor cartridge cannot work properly so I removed it to get the printer work in mono-color mode. Today I tried to join the HP Instant Ink, but since the tricolor cartridge is not working the system tells me "Cartridge Error: We can't determine your next shipment, because we aren't able to read your ink levels." So I cannot get my new ink. What should I do to request my Instant Ink Tricolor Cartridge? Thanks very much.
