Hello, my username and password on the printer are not working (or I have remembered them wrong!) and all menus are disabled. I've read through some previous queries but Admin, admin, username and root do not work either. I want to do a hard reset to restore factory settings but the menu option is not available... to get to it you need the username and password! Is there a way to do it using a combination or sequence of physical buttons please? Thank you.
