Hello,

Hope you are well, please find below steps to diagnose the issue:

- navigate thru the printer menu by using the left and right arrow and the Ok and back arrow. You may need to factory reset the printer to clean up the print memory.

- if printer is connected by ethernet or USB, please unplug the cable from the back of the printer

- turn the printer off and once it goes completely off, press the right and X button at the same time and hold them

- turn the printer on and dont release the buttons, keep pressing

- machine will load and you may see a message saying "permanent storage init", at that moment let go the buttons

- wait for the printer to initialize and once it gets the ready screen, reconnect the cables USB or ethernet, and test printing

Regards,

I am an HP employee
