Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

HP LaserJet M209dwe unable to print except for printer report. It maintains a solid yellow/amber light and flashes the "i" (info) button. There is no paper jam, toner is 100%, and I've reset it. Nothing works. The printer report continually states "A problem has occurrent and you will be unable to print, except for printer reports, until the issue is resolved".

HP Recommended

YOu need to register that printer to your HP+ account, without registration it will not work.
