HP LaserJet MFP M234sdw When I use the feeder it will not print the bottom portion of the page.

Brand new printer. When I use the feeder it feeds fine but the print out is missing about 2 in of the printed page. Sometimes it's a skid mark sometimes it's just a blank section. It shows an error code 41.
