HP LaserJet Pro MFP M477fdw Keeps Waking Up Non-Stop

HP Recommended
HP LaserJet Pro MFP M477fdw
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello, I have a HP LaserJet Pro MFP M477fdw that continuously keeps waking up.  After it wakes up and the touch screen is on, after a minute, it goes to sleep.  But then in like 30 seconds, it wakes right back up again.  It makes a running sound with the fan.  It keeps doing this 24/7.  I've updated the firmware and re-installed the driver and still having the issue.

It wakes up the same way when you open the top or put a sheet of paper in  the feeder.  Over and over again on it's own without me touching.  Is there a solution?

Thanks.

Well, I still can't figure this out.  It's very annoying to have a perfectly good printer doing this.  Is there maybe a way to do a hard factory reset?

Well, I ended up finding a solution.  You can do what is known as an NVRAM Reset.  You turn off the printer, then turn it back on while holding your finger on the lower right quadrant of the touch screen as it powers up.  It took a few tries to make it do it, but when you see an initialization message on the screen, that means it's reset.

This fixed the issue and now the printer is back to normal.
