I tried resetting everything and check wifi connections and all is good but still getting Printer cannot print on HP app. When i tried copying a page it prints out Printer cannot print. A problem has occurred and you will be unable to print, except for printer reports until the issue is resolved.  Have anyone seen this error before and how to fix? thanks

Please check if there is a paper jam inside printer:

Hi FerRx , no not a paper jam. There is an orange exclamation mark that keep flashing. WiFi light is stable blue so not an wifi issue either.
