HP LaserJet Pro 200 color MFP M276nw

HP Laserjet Pro 200 m276mw Screen is Black and all lights are on Solid including the Network Adapter Lights. Looking for advice on how to proceed to fix the issue. Thank you.

Based on the description, if you cannot print to it in this state then likely at least the formatter is bad, possibly other components as well. Trying a different formatter would be my first choice faced with the same situation. You could try disconnecting all the cables from the formatter and trying to print an engine test to confirm that the base engine works. The formatter is the card that the network cable or USB plugs into.

How do I run the engine test?

One more question. Should the fan turn on when the printer is powered on? It currently does not turn on when I power on the printer.

Fan should turn on. 

Engine test as follows:

1. With the product off, open the front and rear doors.
2. Turn the power on, and close both doors within ten seconds.
3. An engine test page (a page containing multiple horizontal colored lines) will print

Thank you for the answer. No test page will print. I will assume that means the printer is dead?
