after few months printer 🖨️ shows mistake and didn’t print. I tried to reset Wi-Fi connection and connect to HP smart as it was recommended on HP support web page, but it doesn’t work HP smart starts and after few minutes mistake.
anyway I still have connection with my IOS Hp smart and it say that I need to do something in my account mistake, but I have no idea. Please solve this problem ASAP as I really need this device to work!

Hi! I did all of these and even reset Wi-Fi settings on a printer when did second time but it didn’t help. When I was adding new printer to smart app in the end program showed mistake and when I push get support it showed that this printer 🖨️ is not supported in my country (Germany). But I bought it here officially m140we model. After I tried to change country to Ukraine and US, but it also didn’t work.
I’m very disappointed with my last HP purchase as after 3 months it stopped work, like disposable expensive toy.

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).

Good day, still nobody contacted me. What should I do and how long wait to solve my issue with this problem printer??? I lost more money then this printer costs by using printer services for printing docs!!!
Please solve this problem ASAP!!!
