Hello, I bought a HP M140w printer about 6 months ago, and it was terrific! After I replaced the toner (with an HP toner), it won't print. According to the info page, it is connected and the signal strength is excellent. I have done the factory re-set (pressing the X and Wi-fi symbol for 5 seconds) multiple times; installed the latest firmware;  and turned it off and unplugged it. It prints the status/report  page just fine but the top of the report says, "printer cannot print."  I've logged into my HP account and no info is given. The wi-fi light is on steadily but the yellow exclamation mark flashes continuously. HELP! Thanks, in advance! 🙂

Apple/Mac OS:  I should add that my operating system is  Sonoma 14.2.1 and have tried installing and printing from my iPhone, MacBook laptop and my Mac desktop computer---all without success. thanks!
