M140we printer scans but can’t print.  Shows Error Code Er11.

Already tried HP experts suggested steps

Reinstalling printer/drivers, Factory reset, Complete unplugging, Using 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi & original HP cartridge

Contacted HP Support multiple times via - Virtual Asst, HP Chat, Phone/Video calls

Spent tens of hours.  Issue still unresolved.  Its a Home use printer that barely printed 200 sheets since bought new.  Mainly used for scanning purpose, that is working fine. 

Printer is still under warranty.  Kindly suggest/help.
