Hi,
Since a few days i have problems with my MFP(m177FW).
After a few times printing i get a frozen screen on the MFP.
I did the follwing things:
- Reset in the menu.
- Reset, power on and then the power cable out off the wallet.
- Update firmware
- Cartridges out of the MFP, reset en cartridges back in the MFP.
Nothing helps. Can you send my NVRAM instructions?
P.s. sorry for my bad english!

@jordi14, Welcome to HP Support Community!
The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.
I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
In order to access your private messages, click the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Forums profile, next to your profile Name or simply click on this link.
Hope this helps!

This looks like a hardware issue.
Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
