Pessoal, estou com uma impressora Laserjet M4345 MFP dando o erro 13.12.00 - somente no duplex. Imprime simplex de boa, mas no duplex ela começa a dar error. O que posso fazer ? Já troquei fusor, já troquei o duplex e nada resolve. SOMENTE NA COPIA/IMPRESSÃO DUPLEX dá esse erro.
