Product: HP Color LaserJet Enterprise M553

Started having an issue with a HP 553x Color Laser.

When printing from tray 2---get a error code  41.07.12  --window pops up on printer--to continue touch ok..and then say it is "cleaning" in the window....--then finish the rest of the print job--could be 1 page...or 2.... Print quality is great...no jams, etc.....  

The last page it prints BEFORE the cleaning error is a almost blank page--just the very top has light printing. Once it does the cleaning--the next page it spits out will be that almost blank page.

You could be doing a 10 page job--and on page 9 the error pops up....goes into clean mode..then finishes the print job. Or it does it on 4 page job.....

 

What is even more interesting is--I can't get it to do the error printing from tray 1 or 3.  

Does not matter if connected to network or just sitting on workbench not hooked up. 

 

Rollers, etc are new in all trays. I have even swapped trays from my others ones and still does it. 

Thoughts?
