Product: HP LaserJet Enterprise 700 color MFP M775z

Hello Everyone,

 

I recently picked up a lightly used HP M775 MFP.  Everything seems to be working except for this motor stall or jamming noise during bootup and every time the right side doors are opened and then closed.  I made a video to see what I do to recreate the noise and so you can hear the noise as it is difficult to explain.


 

I saw another post about a noise, and one solution was to go into Support Tools > Diagnostics and check each component individually to find the noise.  I went through each component and none recreated the noise.

 

What lead me down this path was that I noticed the colors are not aligned.  I tried running calibration many times and then took the transfer belt out to inspect.  When I put it back in and closed the door this noise would happen every time.  I still haven't figured out the color alignment but figured I would try to get this noise solved first.
